After 84 minutes at 2.5 mph at a 3.5 incline – I increased the speed to 2.7 … To readers saying to themselves – you are on a treadmill writing for Walkation … !??? Whats up with that? I am not sure what will become of Walkation … LOL!!! Not sure about many things – but I do know the Power of NOW! is awesome.
I have been eating a LOT of garlic of late
I love garlic – my mindset is you can never eat too much garlic … but as I am beginning to sweat – I am so very glad my dear husband loves me
BUT as the no see ‘ums are out – I am GLAD I have eaten so much garlic – as there ain’t no bugs on me.
My treadmill desk is in the garage. I have the garage door open and a light breeze is keeping the garage bearable. I do so miss walking the open road and maybe one day I will be able to get back to that – but I must say my treadmill desk is a WONDERFUL way to get my exercise AND be productive
Once this blog has been posted I will continue over to GoalBuzz I have now walked a total of 99 minutes – the last 15 at 2.7 mph (the previous 84 were at 2.5) On GoalBuzz I will list the … NOTE to self – Treadmill currently stops at 100 minutes … restart

I feel as though I am on the verge of my endorphins kicking in
YAY!!! Gotta love them endorphins
The treadmill shows I’ve burned 726 calories – but my body tells me I feel GREAT!!! That is the bad thing about starting a new work out regiment (I’ve been sedentary too long to kid myself into thinking I’m doing anything other than that
) It feels so good while doing it – we have a tendency to overdo
LOL!!! I just had a thought – I could drink a beer while doing this
LOL!!! Yep endorphins onboard. So what will I close this post up with? I’m thinking about what I will write over on GoalBuzz … but that’sot helping me here – other than to give me more words to write that I don’t know what to write.
One thing – I may need to go back to the 2.5 mph as I am making a LOT of typos
I think I will hang between blog posts (I have an inversion table) so far I’ve walked 114 minutes total and I feel three inches shorter than when I began this days walkation. I think I’ll post at the two hour mark and s-t-r-e-t-c-h
